Washington Hospital Services’ Healthcare Finance for Operational Leaders program gives non-financial leaders the knowledge and skills to make better financial decisions.
For hospital executives, benefits go beyond individual skill development. When operational leaders understand the financial impact of their decisions, they’re better prepared to manage resources, contribute to budget discussions and make recommendations that support the organization’s financial goals.
Sending multiple leaders through the program together has additional benefits. More than 110 healthcare leaders participated in our first year, and 95% of evaluation respondents said the program met their expectations.
