The Washington State Institute for Public Policy (WSIPP) recently released a report on Hospital Staffing Plans in Washington State. The report comes after the Legislature directed WSIPP to analyze staffing plans submitted to the Department of Health (DOH) from 2019 – 2023, with emphasis on timeliness, completeness and maximum patient-to-care staff ratios.
