Flo is an experienced healthcare executive, teacher, mentor, public speaker, attorney, consultant and business owner.
Before founding her own consulting business, Flo served for over fourteen years as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Sutter Health. At Sutter Health, Flo had accountability for the Office of the General Counsel, which included Legal Services, Risk Services a captive insurance company, Sutter Health Emergency Management System, and Privacy and Information Security, including cyber security.
From 2009 to 2018, she had accountability for the Ethics and Compliance Program. Flo provided primary advice and counsel to the Sutter Health Board and Board Committees, including Finance, Audit and Compliance, Governance, and Compensation. (Ashley Trotti)
