Investing in your own development isn’t optional. You’re balancing workforce pressures, shifting expectations, and increasing operational demands. Expanding your leadership toolkit helps you lead more effectively, retain high-performing staff, and create a culture where people can do their best work.
Below is an overview of our 2026 programs, each designed to support your growth and enhance your impact. Click the links to learn more and register:
Healthcare Finance for Operational Leaders: As we move into 2026 and beyond, the current financial climate makes close collaboration between operational and finance teams essential for organizational stability. Financial fluency is a core leadership skill, and this new 6-week virtual program is designed to build that capability for operational and clinical leaders. You’ll learn how healthcare systems are paid, how to interpret and use financial statements, and how to analyze key performance metrics to support informed, strategic decision-making.
The Art and Science of Constructive Disagreement: Difficult conversations are unavoidable. What matters is how you manage them. In this course, you’ll learn why disagreements escalate, how to prevent unnecessary conflict, and how to communicate in ways that build trust rather than tension. You’ll walk away with practical tools grounded in psychology, economics, and decision science – skill you can apply immediately in your daily interactions. Curriculum developed and taught by a Harvard professor.
The Art and Science of Effective Negotiation: Negotiation shows up everywhere in your work – from vendor contracts to staffing discussions to cross-department initiatives. In this course, you’ll learn how to approach negotiations with clarity, structure, and confidence. You’ll practice strategies for creating value, resolving impasses, and reaching agreements that move your organization forward. Curriculum developed and taught by a Harvard professor.
Healthcare Executive Leadership Program: If you’re preparing for a senior leadership role – or you’re already in one and want to lead with greater clarity and influence – this program gives you the strategic tools and executive mindset to get there. Over 10 weeks, you’ll strengthen your executive presence, expand your ability to lead through complexity, and learn how top healthcare executives make decisions, manage change, and build high-performing teams.
LEAD Academy: Designed for new or emerging managers, this comprehensive 12-module program gives you the foundational skills every supervisor needs. You’ll learn how to coach employees, address interpersonal conflict, set expectations, and foster a workplace culture where people feel supported and accountable. The focus is on practical, real-world tools you can use immediately with your team.
