The 2026 Healthcare Executive Leadership Program is a 10-week virtual program that focuses on the leadership skills and areas that aren’t always covered in traditional management training – executive presence, negotiation skills, healthcare finance, and impostor syndrome. Throughout the program, participants will work through real leadership challenges with a small peer-coaching group, learn directly from academic experts, and gain practical strategies they can use immediately in their role.
Many participants leave with clearer career direction, stronger professional networks, and the confidence to take on more visible leadership opportunities.
The program kicks off April 29 with welcoming remarks from Florence Chang, President of MultiCare Health System and WSHA Board Chair, and Cassie Sauer, WSHA President and CEO.
