If you’re aiming for a more senior role – or already stepping into broader responsibilities – the Healthcare Executive Leadership Program will help you lead with greater confidence and clarity. This 10-week virtual cohort gives you practical tools, honest feedback and space to think strategically about how you show up as a leader.

You’ll focus on the skills that often determine who moves forward and who gets overlooked – areas that aren’t always covered in traditional management training, including:

  • Executive presence
  • Insights for empowered negotiation
  • The CFO as chief storyteller
  • Impostor syndrome, organizational culture, and building high-performing teams

Throughout the program, you’ll work through real leadership challenges with a small peer-coaching group, learn directly from academic experts and gain practical strategies you can use immediately in your role. Many participants leave with clearer career direction, stronger professional networks and the confidence to take on more visible leadership opportunities.

  • Dates: April 29 – July 1, 2026
  • Schedule: Wednesdays, 9 a.m.-noon (live virtual)
  • Cost: $3,450 per person, group discounts available
