WSHA is currently working on draft language to submit to the Department of Health (DOH) to propose changes to the charity care regulations. The DOH recently started rulemaking on the charity care law enacted in 2018. WSHA will share the draft proposal with a workgroup of WSHA members before it is submitted to DOH. WSHA’s proposal will be submitted to DOH on December 10th, ahead of the December 19th DOH rulemaking meeting.
