WSHA will host a DELTA Day Oct. 10, 2022 and ACCELERATE webinars Sept. 26, 2022 (a pre-DELTA Day prep webinar); Nov. 14, 2022; Dec. 12, 2022; and Jan. 9, 2023 on environmental cleaning and infection prevention. The evidence-based program will focus on infection reduction by building and sustaining improvement with teams-based concepts. The target audience includes Safety & Quality leaders, nurse managers, unit nurse, EVS unit leads, and those in infection prevention and control, and environmental services. DELTA Days are WSHA’s most intensive training to develop skills and knowledge required to immediately implement safety and quality pilot programs. It is a collaborative, front-line improvement workshop focusing on shared learning and rapid cycle improvement.

ACCELERATE webinars are work groups that take place in the months following a DELTA Day to support collaboration and implementation. Engagement is expected to continue a year with a final wrap-up and celebration of accomplishments.
Webinars will be held once a month and offer opportunities to:
- Share successes and challenges with your peers
- Obtain team coaching
- Gain insight to new tools and approaches
