In today’s turbulent environment, decision making can be hampered by the “noise” of so many competing interests, such as managing the ongoing impact of COVID-19, better understanding health inequities, and increased oversight of quality, compliance and risk management. The webinar “Breaking Through the Noise: Communication Strategies for Effective Decision-Making Across Diverse Perspectives and Experience” will provide strategies for “breaking through the noise” to encourage debate and thoughtful deliberation in a manner that respects diverse voices and communication styles and leads to effective decision making and successful governance.
This webinar will be presented by Erica Osborne, MPH, Principal, Via Healthcare Consulting, and Brad Clarke, MPH, Senior Consultant, Via Healthcare Consulting, on Tuesday, Sept. 13 from 12-1 p.m. Registration for the webinar is available through the Learning Management System.
