State health insurance marketplace signups break record

The Washington Health Benefit Exchanged announced that more than 230,000 customers selected health plans through Washington Healthplanfinder by the December 15 deadline to enroll in coverage that begins January 1. The number represents a 35 percent increase over the same point in time last year.
