Save the Date: July 1, 2019 – WSHA webinar on Changes to Medical and Consumer Debt Laws

WSHA is preparing members for two new laws governing consumer and medical debt that go into effect July 28, 2019. WSHA released a bulletin on the new laws and scheduled a members-only webinar “What You Don’t Do Can Hurt You: Charity Care and Medical Debt” for Monday July 1, 9:30am – 11:00am. These new laws will impact the business practices of health care providers and facilities, including hospitals. Staff of WSHA member hospitals can register for the webinar here.
