PQAC resources to prepare for routine inspections

The Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (PQAC) announced the resumption of routine pharmacy inspections after the pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To help pharmacies prepare for inspections, PQAC distributed a bulletin containing some recommendations “to help ensure a successful routine inspection.” PQAC’s recommendations include reviewing chapter 246-945 WAC, completing PQAC’s self-inspection forms, and ensuring sufficient pharmacy staffing.
