The 2023 Review of Physician and Advanced Practitioner Recruiting Incentives marks AMN Healthcare/Merritt Hawkins’ 30th annual Review of the search and consulting engagements they conduct on behalf of their clients. The Review is the longest consecutively published and most comprehensive report on physician and AP recruiting incentives in the industry.
Over the past 30 years, the Review has become a standard benchmarking resource used by hospitals, medical groups and other health care facilities to determine which incentives are customary and competitive in physician and AP recruitment.
