Honoring Choices Pacific Northwest has launched a new, updated website. The new website features a friendly design, easier access and additional resources and information for the public and industry partners to reflect, explore, learn and participate in advance care planning.
Honoring Choices is a joint initiative between the Washington State Hospital Association and the Washington State Medical Association. Its team is dedicated to assisting the public in making informed choices about end-of-life care through a variety of approaches, including an advance care planning program, community engagement, physician education and advocacy.
