This event is an opportunity for our rural and public hospital district C-suite leaders and board members to learn together. This year’s speakers include Dr. Geeta Nayyar (former CMO for Salesforce and author of “Dead Wrong: Diagnosing and Treating Healthcare’s Misinformation Illness”) and Kim Russel (founder and CEO of Russel Advisors).
The agenda will feature educational topics on artificial intelligence (AI), safety and quality and leader resilience. There will also be sessions on important governance topics, such as best practices in CEO evaluations and a discussion with CEOs on how to focus your boards on governance.
This year’s conference will also provide ample networking time with a golf scramble at Bear Mountain Golf Course (separate registration required) and an ice cream social on Sunday, a cocktail reception at Harmony Meadows Tennis Resort on Monday and a barbecue on the beach on Tuesday.
