Register for Advocacy Hospital Day by Dec. 1

November 15, 2023

WSHA will return to Olympia for Hospital Advocacy Day on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024. This day is incredibly important, as it provides an opportunity to make your voice heard to improve access to health care in our state. Please register online here by Dec. 1.

Due to space limitations, only three individuals from each hospital site will be able to attend. Each individual attending should register separately. Though we are still a couple months away from the event, this registration deadline ensures that we will have time to book meetings with your lawmakers at the Capitol.

WSHA has a limited room block available at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Olympia/Lacey, and you can make your reservation here. We will host a members-only reception and dinner the evening before Advocacy Day for those who can join us, allowing you time to network with WSHA staff and your colleagues from across the state. The room block will remain open until Jan. 14, though we encourage you to reserve your room now, as the block will fill up quickly.

On the morning of the event, we will host a legislative briefing at the Hampton Inn & Suites with an overview of key issues and talking points for your meetings with legislators. There will also be a shuttle to take you to and from the Capitol. We will host virtual legislative briefings Jan. 24 and 26.

We expect another action-packed year in the Legislature, and your engagement is crucial to supporting your patients and community. I look forward to seeing you in Olympia!

Sincerely,
