PeaceHealth has announced the opening of the PeaceHealth Richard Nau Hospice House. The facility, located at 1035 11th Avenue in Longview, was previously operated by Community Home Health and Hospice.
“We are honored and grateful that Community Home Health and Hospice selected PeaceHealth as their preferred partner to carry on their long-standing reputation of providing excellent hospice care in the community, preserving the legacy they have built over the last 45 years,” PeaceHealth St. John’s Chief Administrative Officer Cherelle Montanye said.
PeaceHealth is committed to ensuring that future patients and their loved ones experience dignified, exemplary care and compassion delivered by the care team at the PeaceHealth Richard Nau Hospice House.
“Our dedicated, around-the-clock care team is ready to provide a warm, calming place for patients and their loved ones at end of life,” PeaceHealth Hospice Director Gurpreet Dhillon said. “We recognize how important hospice care is to the community.”
