Honoring Choices accepting applications for final SICG Teacher Training

Honoring Choices Pacific Northwest (HCPNW) is excited to offer one final Teacher Training for the Serious Illness Conversation Guide (SICG). This teacher training is available at no cost, and they welcome applicants from all health care related fields across Washington State. The goal of the SICG is to assure that every patient’s voice is front and center in their health care, and that their goals and values are known and respected. This SICG Teacher Training, done over two half days, will prepare professionals to teach other clinicians within their organizations and/or communities. Teachers will learn how to facilitate a three-hour interactive, skills practice workshop on using the SICG. You can find out more information about the SICG workshop on the Honoring Choices website.
