Hospital and health care professionals leading diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) activities are invited to workshop your health disparities action plan during a virtual discussion roundtable on Nov. 8 at 9 a.m.
We will also review all required components of the 2023 MQI Health Disparities Action Plan measure and provide tools and resources to support planning.
Guest panelists will share their hospital’s approach for identifying priority clinical measures, stratifying data, performing root cause analysis and designing interventions. Please send questions in advance to abigailb@wsha.org.
