Workshop Agenda

March 10 – Equitable Leadership

Despite being on the “right side of history”, how can leaders lead with DEI in mind? This session introduces executives and their boards to the Equity Dashboard. The Equity Dashboard focuses on the high-level DEI metrics that can gauge corporate culture and opportunities to affordably bring equity to action. This session will teach healthcare leaders how to talk to their teams, train managers on how to enhance equity and mitigate challenges induced by racial conflict, establish culturally sensitive internal review metrics and processes that measure underrepresented groups, and develop a sustainable crisis management plan for inclusion and diversity challenges. Special attention will also be spent on the importance of self-care among today’s health care leaders.
