Legacy Salmon Creek will share their Readmissions Program.
This meeting will be held on the second Tuesdays of odd months at 1pm, starting in March. You will need to register once for the entire series.
Readmissions are a costly and complex problem that require multiple strategies and ongoing effort to reduce. The first webinar will provide an overview of readmission reduction best practices and strategies, one hospital system’s story of their recent readmission reduction efforts and a brief preview of the WSHA Readmissions Tableau Dashboard, expected to be released later this year.
Sessions will be recorded so even if you can’t attend the sessions “live” please register for the series so we can send out the recording after the webinar.
