Opioid Prevention Webinar: Prescription Take Back Day

Join WSHA and the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) on October 21 from 1-2pm for a webinar on National Prescription Drug Take Back Day and how hospitals can get involved in the effort. The webinar will also share resources available from Starts with One, HCA’s prescription opioid misuse prevention campaign, that support hospitals in their key role of reducing opioid-related harm.
This webinar will cover:
- How hospitals can get involved in National Drug Take Back Day events in your communities
- How to request a safe medication disposal kiosk for your hospital pharmacy
- Materials that you can use to educate patients about responsible opioid use
- Future opportunities to engage with this campaign
