Creating a Resilient Organization: Caring for Healthcare Workers during Crisis
Join us Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 8–10 a.m.
Christine Sinsky, MD, vice president of professional satisfaction at the American Medical Association, will facilitate a conversation about how to put the key characteristics of a resilient organization into practice. Dr. Sinsky recognizes that burnout manifests in the individual, but it originates in the system. COVID-19 has put an enormous strain on health care professionals. They are rising to the challenge, but it isn’t sustainable; a bill is coming due. How will health care organizations respond to the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and ensure their clinicians and workforce feel supported? Join your colleagues for small group discussions about building resilient organizations, by addressing the way they are structured fundamentally.
