WHS 2024 Top Performer program to kickoff April 1; informational webinar March 20

Each year, Washington Hospital Services (WHS) runs the Top Performer program, which is designed to enhance workplace safety, reduce the frequency and severity of workplace injuries and illnesses, and identity and eliminate workplace hazards. The goal of the voluntary program is to provide opportunities for improvement. Join us for an informational webinar from 10-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 20. This year, we will ask participants to showcase their incident investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) processes. Incident investigations can help identify opportunities for improvement that may not be immediately apparent after an incident. This can be in organizational culture, quality of performance, retention of employees and employee engagement. When done correctly, RCAs and effective corrective actions can have a positive impact on these are and other areas. For 2024, the program will center around RCAs, and we are happy to announce that we are partnering with Sologic, a local company that specializes in RCAs.

During the March 20 informational webinar, Sologic President Brian Hughes will cover the following:
