Read on for a message from Falls strategy director, Tina Seery:

Dear Colleagues,

WSHA has planned an intensive 6-month learning series designed specifically for your organization to tackle increasing fall and fall with injury rate. Dr. Patricia Quigley and WSHA will host 2, one-hour webinar learning collaboratives monthly to support your facility in achieving 100% compliance of the post fall huddle and leveraging the power of your post fall analysis. This analysis is critical to building a sustainable post fall program based on efficiency and reliability of the post fall huddle. The knowledge gained from this program will change your use of the post fall huddle, engage critical understanding of the root causes of falls and injury, and redesign data analysis of efficiency and effectiveness.

Please join in this community of learning. Together we achieve more.

Thank you,

Tina Seery

WSHA Learning Collaboratives are available exclusively to WSHA systems, hospitals, physicians. They are also open to organizations participating in the WSHA/ASHNHA Partnership for Patients, including members of the Alaska State Hospital and Nursing Home Association.  WSHA encourages your hospital to extend this invitation to your program providers, leaders and staff involved with relevant areas or work or study.
