Dave Logan brings over two decades as an executive, consultant and university faculty member to his role as Co-Founder and Head of Transformation and Leadership at Care4th. His work focuses on creating personal and organizational alignment by developing and mobilizing leaders. His past jobs include being the Chief Executive Officer of the California Medical Association’s wellness subsidiary, where he worked on ending the epidemic of physician burnout; and Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Transformation Officer of P3 Health Partners, where he focused on physician engagement and practice transformation. He is co-founder of CultureSync, a management consulting firm focused on the intersection of strategy and culture. CultureSync has consulted dozens of Fortune 500 companies, major nonprofits, and governments around the world. In 2018, he sold most of his equity in CultureSync to devote his time to fixing healthcare.
Ashleigh Rodriguez brings over a decade of population health experience to her role as Co-Founder and Head of Innovation and Strategy at Care4th. As an accomplished clinician and senior healthcare leader, Ashleigh is committed to supporting organizational leaders in delivering the Quadruple Aim (for our clients in healthcare): better health outcomes, improved patient and clinician experiences, and affordable care. A teacher at heart, Ashleigh has taught at the University of Arizona and the University of Southern California, delivering leading edge coursework on leadership. A seasoned consultant, she was responsible for finance and strategic partnerships at the California Medical Association’s wellness subsidiary. She has also served as Director of Population Health at Heritage Provider Network, and as Director of Population Health Management at P3 Health Partners.
