You’re Invited: The Regenerative Leader Program

January 29, 2025

Explore new ways boost your personal and professional growth with WSHA’s Regenerative Leaders Program. This six-month program (February – July) is designed to promote communal resilience and is open to all hospital and health system CEOs, administrators and site leaders.

The program

Each month features a one-hour webinar with topics that will deepen your understanding, challenge your current habits and help you explore new ways of growing as a regenerative leader.

Your commitment

We built a program to help you scale your own impact with minimal effort. Rhythm and consistency are key to success. While participation in all six modules is not a requirement, committing to these six hours (only one hour a month) promotes steady progress. Safeguarding the time on your calendar and knowing you will meet monthly with your peers will help.

The content

The program will take you beyond daily topics of resilience, performance and time management into a space where you master your personal energy and resources. The basics of regeneration are what make nature grow from itself and balance relationships. A deep understanding of regeneration through practical topics will help you work from the possibilities and solve roadblocks along the way. We selected six modules for this program:
