WSHA’s Government Affairs team has published its December 2018 state regulatory update to its State Regulatory Issues webpage. Members will find a comprehensive view of state rulemaking activities that affect them. The webpage includes a link to WSHA’s Top Priority State Rules Tracker, which shows the highest-priority ongoing rulemaking activities impacting hospitals and health systems.
The Government Affairs staff is actively engaged in these activities to ensure the hospital perspective is represented and that implementation is consistent with legislation. As part of its yearend review, the team also included a link to WSHA’s Top Priority State Rules Tracker—Completed Rules, which sets out the rules that were completed in 2018 along with the team’s quick take of the result. Look for the thumbs up, thumbs down or neutral marker.
