Each year, WSHA’s Clinical Excellence Report captures our work convening hospitals in learning collaboratives and improvement workshops. In 2024, the Clinical Excellence team led numerous initiatives to enhance patience care, workforce support and health equity across Washington. From leadership training and implementing plain language emergency codes to enhancing communication and reducing opioid harm, WSHA continues to drive innovation and excellence in health care.
