WSHA Releases Its March 2019 State Regulatory Issues Update

WSHA’s Government Affairs team has published its March 2019 state regulatory update to its State Regulatory Issues webpage. Members will find a comprehensive view of state rulemaking activities that affect them. The webpage includes a link to WSHA’s Top Priority State Rules Tracker, which shows the highest-priority ongoing rulemaking activities impacting hospitals and health systems. The webpage also lists upcoming rules development workshops and public hearings, as well as an announcement regarding HCA’s recently enacted rules regarding the ordering of home health services and durable medical equipment, among other regulatory activities.
