WSHA Publishes Its December 2018 State Regulatory Issues Update

WSHA’s Government Affairs team has published its December 2018 State Regulatory Update, which can be found on its State Regulatory Issues webpage. Members will find a comprehensive view of state rulemaking activities that affect them, including highlights of the top priority issues. The Government Affairs staff is actively engaged in these activities to ensure the hospital perspective is represented and that implementation is consistent with legislation. As part of its yearend review, the team has also included a link to WSHA’s Top Priority State Rules Tracker—Completed Rules, which sets out the rules which were completed in 2018 along with the team’s quick take of the result.
