WSHA comments on proposed rules for automated drug dispensing devices

The state Pharmacy Commission is in the process of updating a number of outdated rules. The current rulemaking addresses automated drug dispensing devices. WSHA supports the commission’s focus on technology and will work to ensure that new rules provide pharmacies and pharmacists new ways of providing high-quality pharmacy services while expanding access and controlling costs.
