WSHA’s top priority is the health and safety of our members, their workforces and their patients. During uncertain times, we remain dedicated to providing content in a manner accessible to all of our members, regardless of regional phase status or travel limitations, and without the risk of last-minute cancellations. Therefore, we have decided to move forward with an all-virtual event schedule through the rest of 2021.
WSHA remains committed to serving and supporting our members in these challenging times. In lieu of in-person gatherings, the following events will take place virtually throughout 2021:
- Governance & Executive Education Webinars, Ongoing
- Executive Safety Academy, April 13 – Nov. 9
- Women’s Leadership Program – NEW, April 20 – June 16
- Spring Forward eSeries, April 29 – August 19
- Safety & Quality Leadership Summit, May 13
- Board & CEO Workshop – NEW, June 29
- Annual Meeting eSeries, Sept 16 – Dec 9
We are excited to offer this event lineup to our Washington health care community. WSHA is working with a variety of partners to offer top-notch content, from the Association of Washington Public Hospital Districts to Press Ganey and the UCI Paul Merage School of Business. We are also launching two inaugural events this year – the Women’s Leadership Program and the Board & CEO Workshop – and look forward to continuing to challenge and engage our members, in a safe and accessible setting.
Finally, please note that WSHA will not be hosting a 2021 Rural Hospital Leadership Conference in Chelan. If you have a hotel room reservation at Campbell’s Resort, you will be contacted directly by their staff to discuss options for cancelling or retaining your booking. Rooms will not be automatically transferred to, or rebooked for, summer 2022. WSHA’s event plan for next year remains under development and we will communicate those updates once finalized. If you have any questions or would like additional information, I invite you to contact me at valeriea@wsha.org.
