Workforce wellness starts with you; Register now for the Transforming Trauma Workshop

February 23, 2023

The COVID-19 pandemic took a heavy toll on our health care providers. Join us for an interactive training that will provide space for self-reflection and group discussions focused on how you can help yourself and your teams recover and move forward from trauma. From 11 a.m. – 1 p.m  March 21, Laura van Dernoot Lipsky, founder of the Trauma Stewardship Institute, will present the Transforming Trauma Workshop. Laura will offer expert insights and practical tools to help us sustain, individually and collectively, in the face of trauma, secondary trauma and overwhelm as individuals and professionals.

We encourage you to attend alongside members of your leadership team and to consider offering this opportunity widely throughout your organization. As such, an unlimited access registration option is available for $799. Individual registration is also available for $99. Learn more or register here.

The workshop will focus on raising awareness and responding to the cumulative toll on those who are exposed to the suffering, hardship, crises, or trauma of humans, other living beings or the planet; help others develop a deeper understanding of trauma exposure the tools for reconciling such exposure so individuals can do their work sustainably; and teach people in a broad base of fields how to create a sustainable individual and collective culture.

Send questions about the workshop or requests for registration assistance to ValerieA@wsha.org. This workshop is generously sponsored by Qualivis, the only vendor-accountable managed service provider created by hospitals for hospitals.

Sincerely,
