What particular challenges do professional women face during negotiations? What relatively simple tactics can you use to immediately reduce gender differences in negotiations?
In the Women’s Leadership Program, UCI’s Dr. Bauman will cover strategies and tactics to narrow the gender gap in negotiations. Participants will learn what it takes to become an expert negotiator to achieve more value and favorable outcomes. Dr. Bauman received rave reviews from the Women’s Leadership Program and Negotiations Program last year.
We encourage our hospitals to show commitment to equity by reaching out to women leaders among their staff, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ women leaders, and supporting their participation.
