Register now for WHS’s new project management course, Beyond Foundations: Determining Business Requirements, which starts Oct 2. If your organization is looking to control costs, reduce risk and improve outcomes in how health care services are delivered, project management can offer structure and proven methodology to succeed in health care projects. In this course, participants will learn the different project methodologies (waterfall, incremental, agile or a hybrid) and how to select the appropriate approach based on the project’s level of maturity and how much the requirements or technology change. The course will provide 24 PDUs/contract hours.
