With the end of the public health emergency, 300,000 Washingtonians are at risk of losing their Medicaid benefits if their eligibility is not recertified. Hospitals have a significant role in ensuring eligible enrollees can maintain coverage.
WSHA is hosting a webcast which will focus on how hospitals can support eligible individuals in navigating the steps that must be taken to remain enrolled in Apple Health. For the webcast, WSHA staff will be joined by Sue Birch, Director of the Washington State Health Care Authority, as well as other HCA enrollment experts.
