Bridging Health & Community is collaborating with Jefferson Healthcare and WSHA to provide a webinar from 12:30-2 p.m. Tuesday, February 13 about the tool it’s developed to help the health sector work more effectively with communities. Designed to help put into practice the 12 principles BH&C has described for fostering the agency of communities to improve health, this tool offers health systems a way to take stock of how they work with communities.
