Washington Hospital Services (WHS) hosted an informational webinar on the LEAD Academy on Dec. 7, and the slides and recording are available to view on the LEAD registration page. The webinar covers why we should invest in leadership development and what makes the LEAD Academy unique.
The LEAD Academy is a leadership development curriculum that uses practical, real-world tools and experiential learning to promote excellence in teamwork, enhance leadership skills and build confidence to apply them.
