UW launches webcast series on psychiatry and addiction case consultation

The UW Psychiatry and Addictions Case Consultation series (UW PACC) is a new program designed to expand the mental health and addictions care capacity of health care professionals in remote, underserved areas of Washington State. The program offers telehealth resource support to build the confidence and skills of providers who care for patients with mental health, addiction and behavioral health conditions. Webcasts are every Thursday from 12-1:30pm, beginning July 7. Each webcast will offer a weekly online clinic, including a short educational presentation, followed by a real-time in-depth clinical case consultation between community providers and UW psychiatrists and addiction experts.
