Updated long-term care visitor guidance

The Washington State Department of Health has updated its “Supplemental Guidance for Long-term Care Facility Visitors.” Please be sure that you are using referring to the most-recent version of the guidance. The document also includes visitor screening tools and a visitor’s log template.
