Upcoming webcast offers insights and strategies for price transparency

With shifting health care costs, more patients are “shopping” for services, increasing the need for meaningful price transparency. A webcast by PARA Healthcare Financial Services is scheduled for Tuesday, November 14 at 9 a.m. will explore how pricing transparency can be addressed in a variety of forms, including rational hospital pricing methodologies, easy access to patient cost estimates, and the availability of accurate patient responsibility estimates. The presentation is designed to introduce participants to elements of a rational pricing methodology and best practices for developing prices based on cost, reimbursement, and peer pricing data.
