The presenters will provide an overview of board-led strategic planning, the types of information to be reviewed and the stakeholders to be included in a comprehensive planning process.
As part of the discussion, they will review current and emerging industry trends impacting strategic planning, as well as best practices to orient a board toward a successful strategic planning effort.
