The crisis system redesign wants your input

October 28, 2021

Washington is currently working to redesign the crisis system throughout the state and for the implementation of 988 – a national behavioral health crisis line to connect individuals and families in crisis with the help and support they need.

As part of the process to evaluate the current system and identify how to improve, we are holding a series of community forums and invite you to participate.

These forums will explore community perspectives on how to improve Washington’s crisis response and suicide prevention system, including implementation of the new national 988 suicide prevention hotline. Please find out more about each forum and register to participate below:

Questions may be e-mailed to HCAprogram1477@hca.wa.gov. Go to the CRIS website to find additional information about Washington’s current work to redesign the crisis response and suicide prevention system. (Health Care Authority)
