The last wave of project management courses starts on Aug. 7. Learn the fundamentals of project management and develop the skills you need to manage complex health care projects. This practical, hands-on course will teach you how to successfully guide a project from beginning to end, including how to establish a proper project initiation processes and milestones and how to apply project closing processes. These courses are open to all health care staff and no prior project management training or experience is required.
