In honor of National Public Health Week, WSHA is inviting members to share haikus about public health! The idea came from a haiku written by WSHA CEO Cassie Sauer’s 11-year-old son, who wrote a haiku on public health for a school assignment:
Food is really good
Especially when it is
Refrigerated
Please send your haiku (three-line poem that has five syllables, seven syllables and five syllables, respectively) to Communications Coordinator Tim Pfarr at timp@wsha.org by the end of the day Friday, April 6, and we’ll share the submissions in next week’s Weekly Report. (Tim Pfarr)
