Washington Hospital Services & WSHA’s Quality Essentials 101 starts on March 19. In this 10-week virtual program led by WSHA’s quality leaders and subject matters experts, participants will learn quality improvement frameworks and strategies to streamline processes and improve outcomes for their organizations. This program is open to quality leaders, providers, infection control professionals and anyone in the health care space leading quality improvement work.
