Requirement for hospitals to submit DOH reproductive health care form – WSHA guidance available

All acute care hospitals in Washington State are required to fill out a new reproductive health services form and submit the form to the Department of Health (DOH). The form must also be posted to the hospital’s website. This requirement adds to the existing law that each hospital submit access to care policies to DOH. The deadline for submitting the form is Sept. 1. WSHA has prepared important guidance for hospitals to assist in complying with the new requirement.
