Washington Hospital Services (WHS) is excited to announce new professional development opportunities in 2023 for health care staff looking to grow their project management skills and earn PMI credits. We are thrilled to have multiple offerings of the classes “Project Management Foundations for Healthcare” and “Beyond Foundations.” Visit the Project Management registration page for complete program details, course schedules and objectives, and pricing. For more information, email Jenn Bui, jennb@wsha.org.
Participants will develop the skills they need to manage complex health care projects and to strategically guide their organization. In this practical, hands-on program, participants learn project management concepts, tools and best practices required to successfully manage projects. These courses are open to all health care staff, and no prior project management training or experience is required.
AWPHD scholarships are available to public hospital district staff. Please contact Joanna Castellanos at joannac@awphd.org for more information.
Flex funding may be available for critical access hospitals. Please contact Megan Herman at meganh@wsha.org to learn more. (Jenn Bui)
