WHS Negotiations 101 course goes beyond learning the basics of negotiations. Participants will learn practical strategies and tools to confidently navigate the complexities of cross-cultural interactions, organizational hierarchies and sensitive issues, such as ethnicity and gender in negotiations.
In this course, participants can expect a supportive learning environment free from judgment, where they can hone their skills through hands-on simulations and role-playing exercises.
